Obviously, it depends on the size. Some small star outlines on your foot is not bad, but filling and shading is painful.

foot tattoos arnt as bad as everyone says. yea they hurt but its not like omg pain. i got my hip done in November and my foot in febuary. its really not that bad

haha dont worry. i just got mine 2 days ago for my 15th birthday and i was reaally scared. my legs were shaking and i was hoping i dont move and fuck it up. but it did hurt and mines prettty big on like most of my foot and outer ankle. the outter ankle hurt muchh worse than over the knuckle of my big toe. i squeezed my besties hand like there was no tmrw, but it took only like 25 mins and wasnt TOO unbearable. but its all good im happy with mine!
