Fuck you people and your stupid coments on "Electrocuting" poor animals!!, these animals, sorry cute little puppies or better yet babies!!! live better than any PERSON in poor countries. These fences are to allow the DOGS not human little babies but animal=dog. have their own space the size of a city backyard!!, how about keep the dog all day on a little 2x2 kanel ? is that better than have the dog run all day in his on space??
