Okay if people want to play guitar hero with their friends for a laugh, let them do it, it is just a bit of fun, a lot more fun then learning real guitar (I do play so dont give me the 'how would you know' bullshit) honestly, nobody takes the game seriously, your the only one. its a game, so just enjoy it, and dont flame.

Yeah, i enjoy playing my real guitar but when my friends come over (they cant play) its a bit of fun to be able to be in a 'band' with them. :) Just enjoy the game, enjoy the music and enjoy the wonders of the guitar.

You need to complete Plug In Baby in the gig O'Connells Corner (I think that's the name), it's like the 1st or 2nd locked track in the gig.

It'll tell you you unlocked the "secret character pack".Then you can add him on the band line-up screen. =)

I think that all guitar hero players acknowledge the difference between their game and real guitar playing. Claiming that the series is "killing music" or "discouraging people to play plastic guitar instead of real one" is a big steaming load. If it wasn't for Guitar Hero, I would've never discovered the magic of Rock N Roll. I also wouldn't own an electric guitar, let alone know how to play it, and I wouldn't go see bands perform live as often as I do now.

I love Muse, but I think this is an odd one to choose. Why would they put Matt Bellamy in Guitar Hero? It's not like he's a household name/ace guitarist like Slash or Morello. He's a good guitarist, but it seems like in GH3 they actually got the heroes in.

Same applies to Kurt Cobain, though the difference is he is held in high regard over the world as a figure of influence, but, again, not so much great guitarist.

Hmm I dunno, Matt Bellamy is a good guitarist and, as much as I hate to bring polls into the discussion, has featured in numerous great guitarist polls, more than Tom Morello. Morello's certainly no household name either. People have heard of Muse before they've heard of Morello, trust me on that.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying Bellamy is better (or worse), simply that he deserves credit for his abilities. And Plug-in Baby does feature "one of the greatest riffs of all time"
