  • Just woke up after an awesome post-crappy-night-sleep nap. I think I got more rest during that session (and the hour that followed it) than all of last night!

  • @themandikat thanks for sharing, glad it helped a little...

  • I love this. Thank you so much!

  • @pendyxave thank you for your feedback - I appreciate it.

  • @LiberationInMind :)Your welcome, but thank you for the video!

  • This actually worked for me last night! When i got up to the hot air balloon bit i just drifted away! Thanks!

  • @Lockstock97 that's great! thanks for sharing:)

  • @Lockstock97 that's great! thanks for sharing:)

  • My friends lied to me and they said that they have seen 18+ movies, and i didn't want to be a coward, so I watched paranormal activiy 3 and the strangers. Since I watched them, I could never hear complete silence, and I have never slept for more than 6 hours a day. And I always keep a lamp on in my room. I watched them when I was 10, now I am 12.

  • @thesawblade106 Sorry to hear that. I think because it is continuing to cause you distress, I would suggest seeing your doctor about it.

  • doesnt work for me :( when i was little my sister scared me in bed at nighttime and since then cant lay in bed with closed eyes. im 24. :(

  • @lorekbrighton Sorry it doesn’t help. Perhaps trying TFT (thought field therapy) or EFT (emotional freedom technique) might help. They are techniques which involve tapping on acupuncture points. It can be good for reducing or eliminating specific fears or anxiety. There is more information and free tapping routines on the website. Hope things get better for you:)

  • @lorekbrighton your 24, no one is going to scare you when your in your room home alone or in your room alone, maybe check your room before getting in bed just to make sure.. other wise your just worried over nothing.

  • @JordaanFILMS i know noone will, but psychologically i cannot relax and close my eyes. so just lay there with eyes open.

  • I've had insomnia for nearly a year after going back to school often not being able to sleep until 5 or 6 in the morning and only sleeping due to sheer exhaustion. I found this video about a week ago. No matter what time I turn it on I am able to go right to sleep! Thank you so much for posting this! Do you have any videos that incorporate sleep and quitting smoking at the same time?

  • @MrLathunereal Thanks for your kind feedback and sharing your experience. I normally use 3 sessions for quitting smoking. One to be used before the quit date, one on the quit date, and one after the quit date. I haven’t released them as videos yet, but perhaps I might be able to do the pre-quit date session combined with this insomnia session…

  • I have erratic sleep with other sleep problems like Hypnopompic hallucinations, vivid/ lucid dreaming (which often leave me exhausted) and 2 children who seem to have similar difficulties! Last night I woke up at 2am , couldn't get back to sleep and found this, although it didn't make me go to sleep I felt as refreshed as if I had (maybe more so) after using this.

    Thank you so very much.

  • @Harmanya1 Thanks for that, and for sharing your experience. There is a saying that 1 hour in hypnosis is worth 4 hours of sleep. I’m not sure about that, but relaxing and being in hypnosis can be very restful and refreshing:)

  • Thank you much

  • @monakinsxD you're welcome!

  • Omg I think I'm addicted,I know i have an addictive personality but can i really be addicted too hypnotherapy??

  • @Twmistress98 As far as I’m aware, hypnotherapy is not known to be addictive. The state of hypnosis is generally a very pleasant and relaxed state of mind. And perhaps, it is this pleasant, relaxed, natural state of mind inside you that is appealing….

  • Thank you for uploading powerful video. It has helped me immensely. Looking forward to future uploads eagerly:)

    joseph

  • @Satori1800 hey, thanks Joseph. I'm glad you like them. I am planning to upload more over the next few months:)

  • This shit put me out, I awoke from a dream where my ex called me, wanting to talk bc she needed someone to comfort her... It's too bad its only a dream...

  • It made me go to a wonderful place , that I miss from my childhood, Im so happy I want to cry..... THANKYOU VERY MUCH !

  • @RisingBabylon Hypnosis can be such a wonderful state of mind. One of the people I admire is Bernie Siegel, and often in his healing meditations he would say ‘you don’t have to move to take a trip’. I think that is a lovely statement. I’m glad you experienced a wonderful place while in hypnosis. And I hope you continue to do so in the future:)

  • I've seen hundreds of these videos. Deffinatly the best I've seen. Your awesome man!

  • @maciajake1 Thanks for the feedback – I really appreciate it!

  • As an insomniac, i was surprised to wake up the next morning, fully alert and refreshed. Hypnotherapy normally never works for me. Amazing indeed.

  • @xoa209 Thanks for the feedback! I'm glad you get some benefit from this hypnotherapy session:)

  • @sd62t833 thanks again!

  • @sd62t833 thanks!

  • This is the best sleep relief and it really makes me fall asleep FAST..

  • @biancazify thanks for that! I'm glad it helps.

  • I'm a longtime insomniac, and I've never tried any kind of hypnotherapy before, but I found this in desperation last night, and I fell asleep within a few minutes. It was almost like going under anesthesia—one minute I was wide awake, anxious and my heart was racing, and the next, I was dead to the world. AMAZING.

  • @UltraDeb I’m really glad it worked for you! Thanks for the feedback:)

  • i love this video it is the "best" i have ever listen.not even my psyquiatry help me as much as you did.last night i felt so relaxed like never before. God bless you for everything you do to help people like me.i will recommend all your videos to my friends and family.Thank you once again

  • @felipagarcia1 Thank you for your kind words. I’m really glad you got some benefit from it. And thank you for your recommendations :)

  • Thank you so much. I really like how you talk. Its like you talk in a faster pace than other hypnotist on youtube, who tents to talk slowly, this just lets me think and break my concentration more. When you talk faster, i dont have time to disturb myself and its easier to continue to follow your instructions. Can you please do a new video like this? Maybe not as long though. After listening to this several times it becomes predictable and it feels like its not as effective anymore. Thanks again!

  • @MeatDrums Thanks for the kind feedback. I’m just about to upload this same session but with a variety of different types of background music. That might help a bit to counter the session becoming predictable. I think doing a different session which is shorter is a good idea – so thanks for that – I’ll put it on my to-do list, and I’ll get round to it at some point. Also you could try one of the other videos, like the confidence one, at night which may help too :)

  • This was amazing. It really helped me with my insomnia and putting my anxiety aside and falling asleep. I've been using this video for about five days now. Five days with sleep, I'd like to add! Thanks a lot :)

  • @enfuiraveclesoleil Thanks for the kind feedback. I really appreciate it. I’m glad it has helped:)

  • I loved it... Can't wait for u to put out more.

  • @QueenD75 hey thanks for that! Hopefully in the next few weeks, I'll do versions with different background music, including one with brainwave entrainment in the background music. Also, I just put out a couple of days ago, here on youtube, a session for feeling safe and calm in stressful situations together with an element of motivation to overcome procrastination/avoidance of stressful situations.

  • yeah, i think the choice of music is not the best, otherwise it's alright.

  • i cant really explain it, i have fallen asleep while listening to this before but sometimes it frightens me - i think its the combo the background music and the raspiness of the voice. i often have nightmares (which is why i cant sleep throughout the night) and last night the dream like music did not make me feel at ease. i dont know, it almost made me anxious.. its hard to explain, but regardless i know this is a really well made video for most people, maybe just not me =)

  • @admira95 I’m sorry, I certainly don’t mean to make you feel more anxious. I have seen once or twice on a one to one basis a person become more anxious during a hypnotherapy session, but most people generally find it relaxing and pleasant. I am thinking of releasing this insomnia session with different background music and brain wave entrainment for free. You might find one of them more helpful and relaxing. Anyway, thanks for trying the session, best wishes :)

  • this scared me

  • @admira95 Sorry about that. Do you know what about it that scared you? Was it a particular part, or image, or words?

  • …..I have personally used hypnosis in patients who have had bipolar disorder, with some good results. However that was based on my own clinical judgement of the situation. Most hypnotherapy audios don’t have that warning in at the start, but you sometimes see it in the small print on cds or in the terms and conditions. Sorry to have to put the warning in there. I hope that explanation helps a bit. Take care.

  • @LiberationInMind Yes I suppose that makes sense...the "distorted view of reality" can kinda apply to people when they are manic.

  • Thank you so much for an amazing hypnotherapy session. Much love from Wisconsin, Beth :)

Also, it works great!! I want to become a hypnotherapist and already have certification in hypnosis. I am starting my journey after graduation from my university :).

  • @elimae1988 Thanks Beth! I wish you well on your journey, graduating and becoming a hypnotherapist! Perhaps you’ll post a session or two in the future?? Take care and best wishes from the UK, Paul :)

  • Why is it bad to listen to this with Bipolar?

  • @rb15243 It is not necessarily bad to listen to this if you have bipolar, BUT I feel have to put that warning in the hypnotherapy session. The reason for the warning is that the imagery and other suggestion techniques used in hypnosis may not be helpful for someone who may already have a distorted view of reality. Continued……

  • ……It is a general warning, which may not apply on an individual basis. The assessment whether it is appropriate to use should ideally be done on an individual one to one basis, either by the therapist or by getting permission from the supervising doctor/psychiatrist that it is ok to use hypnosis. Continued…..

  • I tried it, it didnt work but I got closer to falling a sleep then I have in weeks. Thank you a thousand times for posting this.

  • @RottenHalfing Thanks, and sorry it didn’t work for you this time. Thanks for your honesty and kind words. I hope things get better for you.

  • thank you so much for uploading this.If only you knew how you impact peoples lives.

  • @Hurl1987 thanks. that is really kind. take care, P:)

  • If you ask me, ALL the videos uploaded on this channel are Incredible.

  • @TheWhispervoices hey, thanks for that. it keeps me going. more to come.
