The consistency of this pie looks amazing! I would have made a crust for the pie first, though! Less filling needed - less coconuts, perhaps! Looking forward to more ideas of what to do with Irish moss!
omg, no you cannot! psyllium husk swells up in your colon and a lot of people are alergic to it. no one should use it, irish moss has 92 minerals in it, it is a superfood it nourishes the body and heals the stomach area. no menstrual cramps and no ulcers or colds in the winter now tell me can psyllium powder provide all those great healings to the body? no it can not. give sea moss a try.
Matt and Angela, the other day I got 4 young coconuts and when I opened them, two had pinkish meat and water inside. Please excuse me if this is an ignorant question, but is that safe or is the pinkish color indicative of spoiled coconut?fds Thanks.
I think you mean creme brulee. It is nothing like tiramisu. Or flan. But whatever i watch you guy everyday. I live in wisconsin. I wish you would come here
Matt I watch ALL of you videos faithfully, everyday, but I'm sorry, but all I could say at the end was, "What a Neanderthal!" Geez, use a spoon, tie your hair back when in the kitchen, AND leave the food prep for Angela.
Yeah, a good heading for this one cudda been "Neanderthal Cooking". That's the good thing about Dads. Generally anything you serve, they are going to say they love.
hey, I LOVE the messiness...it's how food and eating SHOULD be. sensual. :) have you ever tried eating with only your hands? it's AMAZING. and his hair rocks. sheesh. Angela obviously doesn't have a problem with it...and she's really the only person besides him that needs to be okay with it. ;)
I was an RN in my past life, so it was ingrained to be a germaphobe. Finger food is one thing, like raw veggies and dip. But scooping the dip into a bowl and letting God knows what, become "extra" fodder for the meal is too gross for me.
LOL I'm the opposite. I figure, germs are good for me. I mean, I wouldn't go licking a toilet seat, but I almost NEVER get sick and I refuse the whole wash your hands with antibacterial soap modality, so...yeah. And I adore eating with my hands, though usually don't for the purposes of not getting stuff everywhere or reading and such while eating. So I was like, "heck yeah, dig in!" ;) it's a sensory thing, i guess...plus easier.
Matt hasn't yet discovered a spatula. :)

Pinkish anything usually suggests bacteria of some sort have got in. If in doubt always throw it out :-)

i think the consistency is flan...not tiramisu...i think tiramisu is a layered dessert with cake layers and creme layers! :)
