I think after watching alot of the vids today I see alot of OSAs invading protestors personal spaces with the hopes of accidental contact for I am sure this is a lesson "taught" I am sure that there have been new "teachings" now for the numbers that show at the protests have grown. As a tax payer and a parent I thank and applaude those that expose this CULT. Someone has to do it !!

Well thank you Kerupt. Depending on the local laws may be the clue to how to deal with "in your face" harassment.

In some areas it is considered a form of assault or harassment to block the "ingress or egress" of an individual [to their car or destination] or to block "free movement".

There are a few other legal tactics to deal with it that I would not publicly suggest but that would be effective in such a situation depending on the person who is being bullbaited.

I thought DeBecker made the most sense because he understood the mindset of the stalker and had a good analysis of danger levels.

For interests' sake--Lonnie Athens theory of violentization makes sense if you want to understand how CoS members turn into the bullies you see on YouTube videos.

You need to research your local laws for you state.

Most Canucks don't know that both PI's and CoS can be subject to quite a few criminal charges regarding harassment. Before next month's protest I will have a LOT more information for my area including which laws to cite.

I suggest everyone else do the same.

Now is a good time for answering machines with tapes....they are admissable as one who leaves a message know they are being taped. Noting time and date on removable tapes helps to document. Also cameras that have a built in time and date on the film. All cooborrating evidence should be kept.

The struggle with vids is not putting in so much information that the audience feels overwhelmed or frightened.

I also found it a bit restricting because it had to be global. I know most of the laws for this area.

I do suggest that if one IS targeted, most domestic assault agencies can give excellent cost-free advice because they deal with ex's who stalk and harass on a daily basis.
