@theblueroses0 Nah, can't look at it this way, most are NIN fans, and while I see your point, HDA is in that trip hop realm, Trent has a unique dark and almost hypnotic sense of melody, something that adds up well to the already wealthy landscape of trip hop. Not saying Massive and Portishead don't have them, but Trent brings something else to the table, something fresh, just listen to the haunting quality of the guitar riffs on this one, fucking genuis.

@theblueroses0 I own the Fever Ray album, Silent Shouts and Deep Cuts by The Knife, Blue Lines, Protection and Mezzanine by Massive Attack, Dummy and Third by Portishead... and guess what. I like HTDA. The EP isn't as good as any of those records, but it is good, it shows promise and it's a hell of a lot better than anything Massive Attack have done in the last ten years. But truthfully it's nothing to do with the music with you, you just have a personal dislike for Mariqueen. GTFO.

I think she is the subject of many hate conversations because they are wondering if she is maybe taking advantage of Trent's success to boost her own career?! But who knows? If Trent didn't want to do a project with her or didn't want her to be in videos he wouldn't have done it. Trent is a brilliant musician and maybe his fans should just trust his ideas and processes.
