  • just imagine the befor and after picture of the beach. one 50 years ago and one today. eugh!!

  • wow a euro there!

  • Ocean beach has changed a lot this decade. I remember there were some people camping out there in the 90s, but I went there a few weeks ago, bonfires as far as I could see! Not the bums, but huge groups of tourists. hundreds of them. Somewhere the the word has gotten around that Ocean Beach is the place to go for no-cost stays.

  • People do not deserve to visit the beach if they leave their stuff behind. What morons!

  • A Euro, huh? That'll get you like...fifty cents. Nice one!

  • $1.40

  • Oh, alright, thanks!

Also, I couldn't help but notice that Stanley threw aside that chip bag when he picked up the Euro. LITTERBUG!

  • Excuse me, the beer can.

  • Typical of Ocean Beach. You can always find a lot of trash along the rocks and near the fire pits. It's amazing that people treat their own beaches as a trash can. Stanley - way to go!

  • What a sad statement on what pigs people we Americans have become. This attitude of, "Oh someone else can clean up after me" is becoming more predominate. What happened to us?

  • lol the irony that you're calling Americans pigs for foreign tourists trashing our beaches.

  • I run Ocean Beach almost every day. The overwhelming majority of the trash is not from foreign tourists. It's good ol' Americans trashing their own country and expecting someone else to bail them out. As for the dog litter, it's definitely not foreign tourists bringing their dogs to Ocean Beach.

  • I'm sure it's locals bringing their Euros. I have just uploaded video evidence of the cause of the trashed beaches. It's all the people coming to spend a free night on the beach gathered round their bonfires. The trash might look American, for the very obvious fact that tourists aren't bringing their food and drinks to America with them, they bought them down the street. Now, I imagine not all the tourists are foreign, but they aren't locals.

  • Thanks Stanley....keep em' coming!!
