You forgot the first time he says it, in his battle with Roxas in the Basement in Twilight Town. Sometimes, he'll say "You won't forget this!" and do a combo, and then after the combo, he goes "Got it memorised"? It's not in a cutscene, though, but it is the very first time he says it in-game.
