@kidmoneyish Its part of some sceneries, not all, and you have to enable it by going to the menu and then traffic and increasing car and road traffic from zero to a higher number

@kidmoneyish FSX looks better than FS9 but it is graphics intensive and uses up a lot of pc resources. You have to have a good prosessor and graphics card to run it good. I for one am switching back to FS9 until I can get a better pc to run FSX. Try it though and see how well it runs on your system. I will help with any tips to help you.
