Well I heard that the foster mother and father were released because of lack of evidence. This is a hard case. He made a threat that he wanted to leave the boy at a BART station after getting into an argument with his wife.

@essentialeugene not trying to defend the guy...but my mom has told me that she would slap me in to next week Parents say things they dont litrally mean with they are frustrated and mad. Im sure we all have said something that we shouldnt have said so harshly. Like I said..not trying to defend him, but Ive heard mothers say worse to their kids when they were acting up

Here are the facts. The child was last seen by someone OTHER than the father that afternoon at the auto-pull yard (odd place to bring youngsters). Ran into the store to tell someone to open back door. Return, child gone. In an area heavy with foot traffic, congested vehicle traffic, no one saw anything out of the oridinary. Dogs did not pick up a scent. IT MAKES NO SENSE!!!!!!! Back the dad if you want, but Stevie Wonder sees that THIS MAKES NO SENSE!!! Daddy did it!

During economic hard times kids often come up missing and later found dead its often family members who contribute to these deaths. Do people even kidnap black kids? Im not saying he did it,im jujst saying..

OK...you guys need to forget about this video...the facts are wrong. I just watched a Nancy Grace update confirming the facts are wrong!! The kid was not left in a car...nor did he wear leg braces that you can see

The story kept changing from the foster father. I work 2 blocks from the store. This is a busy area, foot traffic, street traffic. No one took this baby. Why would he "run" into the store to tell the foster mom to open the back door. He is driving a BMW and does not have a cell phone? People don't snatch kids in Oakland and this area always has kids running around and their parents not paying attention. Daddy killed him!

I have lived in this area my whole life..you clearly have not. There have been several kidnappings in that area..on college ave at that. A baby infant was kidnapped on ashby and college about ten years ago. challenge you to go to one of those sex offender sites and see how many actually live in this area...youll be shocked. IM sticking to my guns...I know an honest man when I see one. college ave is not an innocent place devoid of crime

Lady, I lived here for 46 years. All my life. Stick to your guns, you are entitled as am I. The story stinks in my opinion and the foster-parents are at the center of the smell.

Makes sense that you would reflect what the media has been putting out. Its been kind of one sided...considering there is zero evidence that the father did anything. What happened to innocent until proven guilty??? I know YOU would want that if you were accused of something you didnt do...just remember...we get what we give out. And the guy in this video that says the front was wheelchair accessible doesnt factor in all the traffic on college ave..parking is impossible as is double parking

@cincinnatikate Sadly....no more info has come about this case. It disappeared just like Hassani. The last I heard was that the mother and father moved to the Las Vegas area, and shortly after the broke up. I havent heard anything since.You know...its almost like there a big green monster underground eating all these kids whole or something...I just dont get it. The amount of kids missing yearly is just staggering

@rahkriga makes me wonder how we can have 30 home shopping channels, 200 weather channels and another 75 "news" stations and there is not one missing kids channel. Rarely does 20/20 or Dateline do stories on them ... Have you ever heard of Jon Gannon or Johnny Goesh (spelling may be off, but search YT and it will come up as an option)

the police are gathering evidence and going to get foster dad unannounced ... off gaurd. His story is fresh in his crazy mind and they sit back for a minute observe and attack, no questions to ask, proof in time. rip baby boy...in a better place .

Also it is a fact that disabled children are more likely to be abused and or killed by thier families .... they sure did a quick clear of that step father or is it possible that they "cleared him to give a false sense of security
