@irosario71 if you're referring to the "loops" you grab a strand of hair and make a Loop with it? I'm not really sure how to explain it i'm sorry!

I would just try and watch carefully as she does it.

you loop it around your finger pull your finger out but hold the ends and pin it down.

tip:

the more loops around your finger the bigger the loop

and obviously the longer hair you have the bigger loops your able to make.

I'm not really sure myself. I missed that part. I'm assuming she took the ends and rolled them inwards and bobbi pinned it in place.
