  • I can't believe this is happening on our own soil.

  • Facts Dobbs ignores. India bought 2 billion dollars worth of Lockheed planes from America & 1 billion dollar worth Boeing planes this year & announced it will buy billions of dollars worth of power plants from from Westinghouse this year. This will generate massive well paid employment in the U.S. Trade is two ways. Indians consume McDonalds, Starbucks, Nike and every other iconic American brand. As Indians rise we will only consume more American products and thus generate more jobs in America.

  • LOVE YOU LOU!!! Keep up the Excellent Journalism!!!

  • I guess we know now why Nielsen TV Ratings is claiming that Lou Dobbs's ratings are down 15% from last year.

  • The person I talked to, from Nielsen WAS def. American. I wonder what jobs they could outsource. Maybe they need Indians to count for them....... Go figgure......

  • I work at Nielsen Media Research, this sucks.

  • me too.

75 people at my call center got laid off, including my team leader.

We've also been on a raise freeze for over a year now.

  • Go Lou! I'm amazed that the powers that be allow him to stay on. No I don't disagree with him, quite the opposite in fact.

  • Perhaps not 'tateblaze', but that doesn't mean the gov't should be directly SUPPORTING it with tax breaks!

  • Welcome to globalization Lou. Xenophobia is not going to change things, especially in this new global market. There nothing we can do but just stand and watch, you conservatives are all about less government. Now when something as inevitable as this happens now you want government to butt in and stop the bleeding. I just don't get it.

  • That mayor needs to get his head out of his ass and grow a spine. Seriously.

    Go Go Lou Dobbs!

  • The biggest lie about outsourcing is that sending jobs to other contries creates a stronger economy in the U.S., and in the long run, more jobs. Who are they kidding? What long run? 50 years? To who's benefit? Not the workers that's for sure. Outsourcing jobs, driving down wages, and higher unemployment is not good for the economy in the short term or long term.

  • The good thing is that with people like Dobbs getting national attention, the stuff like this that the corporatists have been pulling for some time is getting exposed and people are looking at the implications of this for todays job markets and for the future of our young students some of whom might JUST WANT TO PURSUE A HIGH TECH CAREER SOMEDAY without having to live in Asia.

It is clear that Obama and McCain are not going to do anything to reverse this trend.

    What does that leave?

  • These Nielsen guys .. its all about profit n screwing the workers. Nielsen send out an email to their employees to give their side of the story ... they don't say they are bringing in these Indian programmers on just $12,000 a year. What do they want .... cheap labor, rich managers .... is that the kind of society they want? Shame on you Nielsen

  • Bravo!!!Is Great that people are talking about the horrendous Nielsen's behaviour to the people that put them in power. I admire Lou Dobbs for what he did. He shows he is a True Journalist all the way, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!!!

  • Everyone knows what it's going to take to stop this shit from happening, it's called civil war part two it well is quick because there are 280,000,000 of us American Citizens and it won't take us US Citizens' long to hang the assholes committing treason.
