simple trick .need a watch with both hour&minute hands that shows the date. entertain audience by showing that the hands work and turn watch over and hand it to a person. tell him to rotate the nob as many times needed without looking at it while you write the time you believe is on it. then tada, magic.what they don't know is when you are handing the watch over, you caculate the time and pop the nob in so no matter how many rotations the person does it won't affect the time only the date. ;-)
