about the goji berry, it does have health benefits, but it's ONLY to elleviate certain symptoms coupled with other herbal medcines after AT LEAST a year of usage, that's how TCM works. Goji like the previous poster said is a supplement. Raw Foods are the cure, I swear to you. Just google it or youtube it, and you'll be amazed at the ways you've been mislead by the food industry. Gojis are heated or pressed to make the dried Gojis which destroys many nutrients. The juice is removed from this. And the juice is basically null of nutrients because they all oxidise (which means they basically go bad).
MAYBE gojis are nutritious when they are freshly picked, but who can do that?
Amazingly, I bought dried goji berries (that I thought would be super heated for drying), only to discover that most of the seeds (maybe even all, I just watered them last week) have germinated and are ready for planting. So, whatever treatment they've done hasn't yet destroyed the seeds :D
