I can't be sure but I think it is Derek Griffiths narrating. Mind you it may have mentioned him in the credits but I wasn't really paying attention. However, I recognise his voice from Playschool;)
yeah its someone like that, i havnt paid attention to that bit of them either LOL, i just like watching them morph abt :) morph theres another mad one, but on a different line. might have to fish out the complete flumps dvd and add a cpl of them LOL think ive got some wuzzles and gummi bears on vhs too LMAO
yeah lots n lots theyre all the continental versions, its all cool, just making my own little collection, gotta make up the playlist once i get the rest up :)

LOL.Kinda reminds me of Pingu. There are loads of episodes of this cartoon up here,but without the narration.
