In order to distinguish the two, do a little research on- 1. Police procedures and why they are in place.(easily found online) 2. So they had to call back up as now this situation had potential to kill an innocent bystander. By the time the younger man got home he ran in and clung onto the older man. (Guess he thought they wouldn't take him if he was clung on to his Daddy) ... so this is the scene in front of us, the younger man being separated from the older man. People shouldn't resist

There's nothing wrong with righteous indignation against true police brutality but 75% of "police brutality" videos display cops doing their jobs perfectly acceptable manner. In order to distinguish the two, do a little research on- 1. Police procedures and why they are in place.(easily found online) 2. Learn how difficult it is to physically subdue a fighting individual under strict guidelines on what is legally acceptable. Then when you watch videos you'll say "I'd have done the same."

Think about it for a second. He clearly didn't just "not stop at a 4 way stop light (which witnesses saw him stop at)" or else the officers wouldn't have done this! If that was the case, how did four police cruisers have time to meet up with the first officer? Sit back at take a look at the situation. Jokes on u, "Kaine", the man in the video from what I could see was barely moving. I don't even consider that a risk, much less a threat. The only joke i see here is the number of officers it took to arrest him, and how many it would take to change a lightbulb.

The video tells the truth for us. You know yourself, safety24, there are people who would do anything to supress this anyway they could, in fact kinda sounds like what you're doing. Some open society. As far as I'm concerned, the "behave decently and humanely" comment should be directed generally. The police can enforce, yes, but whom may I ask is watching the police?

I understand fully where youre coming from, u know I'm not totally in aggreance with the police. all i'm sayin' is that the people from this town blow things up way the fuck out of proportion. So when someone does something to someone close to u,dont matter who it is. u'd be upset. the cops did what they had to do. people said what they want to say,justice will be served to whoever was the actual wrongdoer. so lets just get shitfaced and let the courts deal with it.. eh bah?

in alot of cases yeah...but the courts dont care who ya are...if ya fuck up and break the law and end up there they do what they should cop or civilian...theres no sides when it comes to the courts, thats what theyre here for...

2 yrs criminal justice course, seems like enough research to me...i just hate getting involed in things like this cuz its like a never ending debate,,theres sooo many ways to go, thats why i decided to work in the woods instead of in the law field,, the law is a bitch and makes everybody fight over stupid shit..

hahah yeah u got that right...well it was correctional techniques/criminal justice... to work in the jails and whatnot...u learn all of the laws and criminal codes and shit, it was a good learning expierience, but thats about it...would never in a million years wanna work in the field, cuz i'd have to deal with bullshit too much,,, i dont like bullshit, lol

welll...first off, The guy DID lead the police on a pursuit though town, second, he was putting up a bit of a fight when the officers tried to arrest him. OF COURSE THEYRE GONNA USE FORCE, YOU FUCKING BAGS OF DOUCHE...thats what they were taught to do, it doesn't matter who the person is, whether theyre 15 or 100. if they resist, they get what protocol calls for...

You watch too much COPs on TV it conditions your mind to think what they are doing is right in actual they are breaking the law in large amount of those videos and many people have been freed and had decisions reversed because of it! You are right on what they are taught to do and protocol,many would put a bullet between your eyes if told to do it! welll...duh... there is NO PROTOCOL ANYWHERE THAT AT ANY TIME CONDONES EXCESSIVE FORCE, PERIOD. Also the pursuit did not go through town, only from the bridge to his fathers. Furthermore, if they got what the protocol calls for there wouldn't be this problem, would there now, but then again you probably already knew that.
