Caro @3dkim1, reconheço seu comentário, o Arnold é o melhor, isso é fato! mas o Coleman tem seu valor, li se comentário e vi que vc falou sobre os pesos e tal, veja que o coleman nesse periodo já tinha se aposentado a 3/4 anos e não treinava mais intensamente visto também que ele tinha nessa epoca 45 anos! veja alguns videos dele no seu auge dos 36 a 40 anos de idade treinando peito (Ele faz supino com alteres com aprox 90kg em cada mão isso é muito peso) Abs e bons treinos!
