  • 5 lb or 7lb- should be fine- many players are using it.

  • What device are you using and what kind of timer. I like these exercises, they seem like they will help in building arm and shoulder muscle. I'll try these with my son.

  • IN my opinion a lot of baseball players go a little overboard when it comes to doing specific training. A baseball should train similar to a basketball player or just a regular person. wrist for example, is less than 3 percent of your total strength. A simple basic program is what you need to play baseball. People get a little misled with this whole function training thing. Practicing technique is where you get function. Gym is where u get strength with simple exercises.

  • Not bad...add a few more exercises and this can be a pretty good workout during season for maintenance...perhaps cut to just twice a week.

  • does not matter what i am wearing bro- as long as the information i give you is usable, credible and works. Thats what I am talking about. Who cares what someone looks like-as long as they can teach me something i am listening and going to put it to use. Never judge a book by its cover as it is said.

  • I would agree that Cargo's are quite nice but a workout is not the time to rock em dude. Give me some workout advice in some gym shorts next time....

  • sure you can use your bat- however the pendulum effect of the ball is what baseball players are raving about. They called me and told me they were improving their wrist snap and hitting 15-20 yrs further.

  • of course you need the nrg ball system to improve the power of the swing. Its the combo of the lever system and the weighted ball that generates a specific force to train your neuro-pathways to function at a higher level.
