Does anyone here know the laws of any the elephant range state in regards to dealing with poachers?

Poaching is disgusting,I agree with the countries that kill poachers. Only too bad more countries don't do it. And the people that buy poached wildlife are just as bad. I am not talking about killing deer out of season,I am talking about endangered on the brink species such as elephants,tigers and cheetahs. I actually knew a teacher used to brag about cheetah fur coat and how rare it was and expensive :( but of course it was legal at the time,even though they were rare
