Gosh he has such a sweet face!! he is just so awesome! I have never had the chance to sit and talk to someone who is deaf. I would like to, just because there is soo much I don't know about how it is. I want to understand the differences in that culture. kind of like I would like to understand japanese and their culture. I've tried asking questions to the hearing children of deaf parents but right away they seem defensive when I'm just trying to see what it's like from their point of view.

Instead of embracing their culture and identity and learning ASL they want to make them "hearing", something they are not. hearing parents of Deaf kids get the wrong information and are causing undue hardship for their beautiful Deaf children. Education isn't enough. A whole different outlook on

With that being said,usually Deaf people have a pride about actually being Deaf. Its a joy and they wouldn't want to be any other way.
