Wow, you missed a lot. That frozen chest (which melts after the crazy old bat crone is dead) gives you the Black Cape and back near the ice temple is a new armor. Also, the Butcher's Axe has a longer reach and more power than that sword. You also missed a spell and you should have leveled up to 60 using those cultists. Also, everything except Fireball should be maxed out.
