tonyz400, thanks man...the only thing that's not beetle is the bed that I made from scratch, all vdub drivetrain still. The build was off and on for about 3 years, I have other stuff I would work on in between. The cost was kinda cheap considering I had a bug shell and pan and ton's of parts already...just lots of fabrication.
Hey nice bug. I'm from cleveland too. I have a VW trike project right now but I have always liked that style of vw hot rod, i'm just curious as to how much is beetle and how much is something else? How long did it take to build? about what did it cost you to do this?

pretty cool but i never got what was so cool about nasty lookin rods with no paint but at the same time i dont like the real fancy ones with leather everywhere inside and fancy big wheels and IRS and a real expensive metallic paint
