It's the same thing here in Brazil - go into MUFON's Bob Pratt files -there's few cases of farmers that almost got taken by a UFO w/ a cable that was wrapped around the ankle. These mutilations denote behavior of predator type entity - they are the 'soldiers' of the 'boys downstairs'. The Guarapiranga Dam's case in São Paulo, as well as chupa cabra cases and all other mutilations either get poo bahed or suppressed by the powers that be to avoid panic.
