  • It's because fruit contains a lot of sugar,and sugar is destructive to our bodies.Unless you exercise a lot,which most people don't!! I only just learned about it and have been on a high fat,moderate protein and very low carb.It's awesome guys!Really.

  • This is the truth. High fat / low carb is the most natural diet for humans. Many of our modern diseases stem from our Western high carb / low fat diets. Starches, corn, potatoes, rice, pasta, bread, flower, sugar, fruit is like poison for the body.

    Haha, its crazy maybee, but I will never eat either, bread, rice, potatoes or pasta ever again in my life.

    I´ve lost weight, sleeping problems gone, joint problems - gone, pollen allergies - gone asf..

    Read about blood sugar and insuline, thats it

  • @thespecter2 Fruit isn't poison. There are a lot of benefits to eating it; fibre, vitamins, there are even benefits of consuming fructose in small quantities. Though the sugar from fruit is a poison on a large scale consumption like in most modern western diets.

  • Coconut oil is the best oil you can eat, it's full of lauric acid! Organic Grassfed beef is also very high omega 3

  • Some of things I have observed while following a high fat/low carb diet: The higher the ketosis (within reason, I am non diabetic so dka is not a problem)=the better I feel, less hunger, better sense of well being, more energy, less cravings, to name a few. I have heard people say that if they are in ketosis, the level does not matter, that is definitely NOT the case for me. The ketogenic diet for me is hard at first, it takes me about 3 weeks just to feel normal. I also limit water & protein.

  • I think you mean to say omega 6 at around the 50 second mark.

  • As long as you eat natural fats...by that I mean fat's that comes from animals....eat only that and a moderate amount of protein, then within a year you will have a healthy, slim body. I've been on this diet for 6 months now and I've lost almost 40 pounds! I've NEVER felt better.

  • Yep, High fat, moderate protein, and low carbs is the best way to go.
