it IS a really good script, but there are a few things that dont really make sense, such as:

1. in the beginning, Gloria tells Mumble she loves him and will always love him, so why does she ditch him for Racket? you might want to have them have a fight or something so her leaving mumbel would seem more probable

2. (this is a small one) why, if Gloria is becoming the new empress, are only her, mumble, and mumble's parents there? what about her parents?

3. I didnt like how quickly Mumble found out about Racket's plan..you might wanna put some filler stuff in there before he actually finds out..

4. When Mumble first tells Gloria that he doesnt like Racket and Weezley and she gets really sad and tells him to leave, i was kinda confused, cuz it didnt really seem like mumble gave gloria any reason to be mad at him, he just said he didnt like them. if he was more persistent and kept telling her that she "couldnt" instead of "shouldnt" talk to them, i could see her getting more angry..

Alright, I've taken care of 3 things, the argument thing where she ditches Mumble. Will happen when he's talking to her about his feelings towards Racket and Weezley. I've also editied that. So that's 2 things. And I've taken Memphis and Norma Jean out of Noah's Death scene, they weren't really relivant

5. I think you should go deeper into what happened to Racket as a chick..it would make his determination to enslave the penguins more believeable

6. when racket says when I rule the penguins, you should draw gloria's thought process out a bit, like have her visualizing everything mumble said, and maybe Racket could have done a few things earlier in the script that made him seem suspicious but she didnt notice before she busts him.

i think its a really good script, and that you do a good job of putting dialogue in that sounds very much like the characters are saying it (i dont really know how else to put that..)

if you develop his character a little more, maybe have him have some past friends that all hated penguins because they were all enslaved.

something that would make it seem probable for him to hate all penguins
