@DesenhoBoy yes they had connections from Episode 1 to 3, also there's a spinoff on the story based on the Creator of Xenosaga and Xenogears (Squaresoft PS1 Game), it is somewhat "Related" to the Xenogears Story, some fans say that Xenogears was suppose to be the Episode 5 of Xenosaga. But the creator declined the connection and praises the fans for their Creative Minds

Rock ON!!! My rig's capable of running this. A little off-topic, but it would be nice if Namco Bandai would release all 3 episodes as an official HD collection for PS3/360. I'm sure fans would snap that up in a heartbeat.

@lester2020 r2661 most likely faster and more stable, but! r4600(latest r5037 btw) might(I never tried) fix some graphical glitches, like at 3:16.

I have a 1gb 9600 nvidia card, dual core, and 4gigs of ram. I emulated on directx 10 and it wasn't good enough to run any higher than 35 fps.... :( This game is very demanding....

I was not doubting anyone been able to run ps2 its just that games such as GT4 and MGS3 require very fast cpu's and i play at 2560x1600 so a powerful gpu is neded for such crisp visuals :)

I ran dxdiag and it says I have Directx 11 but I don't see an option in PCSX2 to use Direct3D 11. Any suggestions? or is my computer too low end?

@aprildog18 You have the DX11 software but you don't have a DX11 capable graphics processor. DX11 *is compatible* with DX10 level hardware but will not run DX11 effects/programs. It's a backwards compatibility they built into the API so that DX10 software could be flat out replaced, but without bricking hardware built for it.

Agreed. Although, COSMOS...Nice to see her 'Having some Fun', LoLz. In Ep1, never really had much 'action', outside of combat. i.e. 'Beach Scene'. While not care that Ziggy not have 'Swim Suite' armor, Kind of wish She did. At least Shion does; And glad to see COSMOS here as well? Or just some trick/code/unlockable? @RPGMasterShadow Did u try new PCSX2 version? (0.98) it has many improvements and u can change emulation mode to "balanced" witch in most cases gives u 5-10 fps or more:). emulation settins -> bottom preset -> alanced

Works on Vista, should work on Win7 with the same settings, right? should be able to run it with my specs, but I can't seem to get it full speed, but I'm also playing the first one right now, haven't tried 2 or three. lags like hell and the sound is all out of sync in non-prerendered cut scenes.

There were a bunch of instances where the framerate would drop during cutscenes on the PS2. Does playing it on a PC stop the framerate drop? Also, did you apply anti-aliasing to this?

Well... If PC is capable enough, it should pull trought such cutscenes without the frame drop.

I didn't apply AA, but emulator allows to render at much higher resolution than ps2(~560x420 vs 1600x1200), so graphics look smoother.

From what I've read about Anti-aliasing, the jaggies occur more on smaller resolutions so if you have a higher res, you need less of it. He may not need any AA applied on that at all or 2xAA at the most.
