One of the most disturbing and devious films of the decade. Both versions blow me away in how they portray human evil in such a strange and symbolic way. Blood on the TV = media is death. It's so simple, yet so true. Haneke is a true artist and this will remain a great film to me forever.

@geeneebear I'm working as sound technician, and had experience in some movies (europe), and believe, actors, even children, have really great time to play... making of, horror movies actually, is the funniest thing for actors, especially when there are children in the movie, the director makes it very nice and confortable. so I can tell you that in this scene, after that, the boy, laughs to make it :) and joke with the youngs actors :) jhust imagine that and you will better. they are colleague.

i'm in a love hate relationship with this movie. i love the movie because it's genius, but i hate the movie because it's too fucked up. it's so fucked up that i legitimately turned the movie off halfway through and said i'm done watching this. it's too much. but at the same time, theres much truth behind it in the sense that we have too much of an obsession with gore and violence. it begins to make us question whether or not we really do hold to our morals.

@TheJigsawMassacre no he breacks the fourth wall it is very hard to do correctly, which is done three times in the film, when he smiles at the camera in the "Hot Cold" scene and when Pitt ask's the audience "if they think they will survive the night" and when he rewinds the film, but the film is complex in a way because all the murder is off camera unlike most films.
