It is actually pretty good advice ...basic but good. Of course there is going to be a lot more to starting ANY business, but it's particularly hard to start a production company. In the film industry it is not what you know it's who you know..

who is this guy and why would I listen to him?! He is actually giving out some misinformation about needing a business license. He doesn't even really tell about how to run production company just how to set one up. He should've consulted with an expert in the field of business like a cpa. very dissappointing.
