@Hasek500 I think theres like a button or switch or something and when you activate it the horn comes on and then the song button but i think thats how it works. Same for the spotlights.

@hockeyfreak896890 at least they do at the United Center, they control the goal horn from a box that needs a key to arm it, its literally a big button that says "GOAL!" on it. as far as playing the music, the dj, Gene Honda (pa announcer), the producer, and Frank Pellico the organist are all wearing headsets that talk to each other, the producer gives everone cues, so it works like clockwork. hope that helps!

@Hasek500 depends some have a button or switch that goes with a sound system and some have like an air horn like on a truck and theres a button that ativates it but i dont think they use the air horn anymore and if they do its rare

This LA Kings fan says Detroit has the best horn. Sorry if I make my fellow Kings fans mad. Montreal needs to turn theirs up louder. Anything with an air raid siren works best, like the old Quebec Nordiques one. Edmonton is the least inventive. A car horn??? Old LA Kings one is good, (similar to St. Louis and Tampa) The Anaheim Ducks ripped off the Sharks foghorn in 1993 and never stopped using it.
