I'm majorly against plastic surgey but I'll admit her plastic sugery does look natural. She didn't do the Lil Kim route and try to Europeanize her nose(which looks really unatural by the way) as much as possible. If you you have a wider nose naturally, a tiny nose will look extremely out of place on your face.

That last one was really obvious and weird. She looked better before. I think her eyes are naturally set entirely too far apart for her to achieve the look she wants. The rest were nice and subtle. Comparing before/after, all were obviously effective but I don't really think anyone looked more attractive... just different than before. So in my opinion- a little too subtle if you want people to look at you and say "Wow." but perfect if you just don't want to hear "Wow, you have a big nose"
In my opinion, he didn't do enough. Some of them u can barely tell they had anything done except the last one. So far on here, Dr Nassif does the best ethnic nose job in my opinion.

Uh. What kind of model is she supposed to be? It's definitely not high fashion runway or print work. I'm thinking more of the Budweiser, Car Show brand of modeling. I don't know if it's the styling of the horrible weave/wig and colored contacts but she looks cheap and a nose isn't going to change that.

In the before and after pictures the first chick looks better with the nose job and the last two people look worse to me. There is a difference in having a black nose and bad nose. I have a big ole pendulous nose and i'm keeping it. I have a great sense of smell that has never failed me. Don't get me wrong if u feel a new nose or any new body part will make u feel better about urself and life then go get it. As for me, I will stick with mine.

OMG!! I loved her nose before the operation. Yes her nose is wider but it fits her face. WHat is wrong with wide noses?! She looked so beautiful... I dont like her nose now, she looks so fake.

I'm majorly against plastic surgey but I'll admit her plastic sugery does look natural. She didn't do the Lil Kim route and try to Europeanize her nose(which looks really unatural by the way) as much as possible. If you you have a wider nose naturally, a tiny nose will look extremely out of place on your face.

Well sometimes Its not about trying to look like someone else its about what the person see and what looks good to them. Weaves Contacts doesn't mean your trying to be someone else I wear contacts and I do that because I love Grey eyes.

I usually don't criticize ppl who get rhinoplasty, (and some actually need it, as you may need any other cosmetic surgery) but her statements, the horrible lacewig, the green eyes, and now the nose show's she has a deeper problem beyond her nose (which suited her face b4).

that doesnt naturally grow out our heads but when someone gets a rhiniplasty then a person assumes that its a self hatred thing..everybodys reasons arent the same..he get fake nails to approve our appearance..maekup..mabe fake hair or chemically treated hair..you cant jusge one thing and not judge another soe stop looking at things in such a black and white kind of way..there are shades of gray to thsese situations

That last one was really obvious and weird. She looked better before. I think her eyes are naturally set entirely too far apart for her to achieve the look she wants. The rest were nice and subtle. Comparing before/after, all were obviously effective but I don't really think anyone looked more attractive... just different than before. So in my opinion- a little too subtle if you want people to look at you and say "Wow." but perfect if you just don't want to hear "Wow, you have a big nose"

In my opinion, he didn't do enough. Some of them u can barely tell they had anything done except the last one. So far on here, Dr Nassif does the best ethnic nose job in my opinion.

okay i don't think your nose solely defines you as a African American but hair and eye color also plays a roll.. looking at her I would say self hate. But the gentleman in the second to last photo improved his looks greatly with the nose job and still looks African American.

I'm thinking this guy did Pepa (of Salt N' Pepa)'s nose. The nostrils on 3/4 noses look SO unnatural. The last nose looks horrible, imo. It looks like a Mr. Potato Head nose. The guy's "after" nose looks the best.
Oprah's is a good examples of what a subtle, natural nose job looks like.

Uh. What kind of model is she supposed to be? It's definitely not high fashion runway or print work. I'm thinking more of the Budweiser, Car Show brand of modeling. I don't know if it's the styling of the horrible weave/wig and colored contacts but she looks cheap and a nose isn't going to change that.
Can you imagine what successful Nigerian model Oluchi would look like if she had her nose done?

I completly understand where the 1st lady in the blue is coming from..as far as being in the modeling industry. You are made aware of your "faults" or what is deemed not to be perfect everyday but sometimes you have to put your foot down and say this is me and take it or leave it. When Cindy Crawford first started modeling..every booker and agency wanted her to remove her mole..but she refused and it made her famous!! Love yourself and don't let anyone else's idea of perfect change you.

In the before and after pictures the first chick looks better with the nose job and the last two people look worse to me. There is a difference in having a black nose and bad nose. We all know some noses just don't sit well on certain people's faces and if they want to change that, so be it. I have a very wide "black" nose and it suits me, so I'm sticking with it!

I have a big ole pendulous nose and i'm keeping it. I have a great sense of smell that has never failed me. Don't get me wrong if u feel a new nose or any new body part will make u feel better about urself and life then go get it. As for me, I will stick with mine.

I think her nose looks great now. The change is subtle enough not to make her look like Vivca Fox or Little Kim but just enough to make her look really pretty. Now to work on that lace front wig, them overshaved eyebrows and that lip liner job she got going on.

Well...I'm of Russian heritage and girls over there tend to have bigger noses. I'm not succumbing to any "white pressure", I'm just insecure about the shape of my nose...
It could use a few adjustments that would actually make my overall face look stunning.

my3cents, you shouldn't judge people for the decisions they want to make. if someone feels uncomfortable with something that has to do with the way they look, shouldn't it be up to them if they want to change it or not? I understand what you're saying that some people may be doing it for the wrong reasons, but it should be about whatever makes the pesron happy.
