If you're going to leave two weeks old rice caked in a pot like that you're going to need sos steel wool pads to get it out. A brush will get the rice out but not the gunk caked to the bottom of the pot.

if you have food stuck to your pan,toss in half a dryer sheet and let it sit over night and it will lossen up the food really nice. Makes it easy to clean
