Thanks for this video, I have same like this GPS exactely the same,,Does it need to be updated,,,Cause sometimes it seems it doesn't know the new roads, or it takes me to a long trip to go to the destination. I do really like it to me it is better than the other brands.

i had a navigon once, but it got stolen from my car, i bought tom tom this time to try out.... that was two years ago and im still regret it till this day!!!! THEY ARE CRAP. navigon's are way better!!!

Does anybody know where I can download the north american maps? I have the hardware but the system was wiped. I tried to get from the company but they wouldn't help me out .. which was bullshit because I had the thing less then a year and they wanted me to buy another one. I just need the files.

Navigon is a piece of crap. I hired one from Hertz and it was so slow to do everything. Press a button and it took ages to change. So you think you hadn't pressed it, and press it again. Only to have it change twice. So you'd have to go back. Pay the extra for a decent sat nav. Stick with either Garmin or Tom Tom. The processors are quick, and they're are much easier to use.

@WiseGuy02 I have this exact model, and it is BETTER than Garmin models made 2-3 years later. Yes, it may react a little slow, but once you are used to that response, the software in this machine is more advanced than Garmin.

I just got one of these about 4 months ago and couldn't be happier. Reality View is such a bonus as is Text to speech and Lane assistance. No more last min lane changes. Love it...Also he didn't mention it has real time traffic. If there is an accident on the road which your traveling, the gps will make you aware so you can detour. Only min downfall is the battery life. If you use it mostly in your car its not a problem. Over all a great Gps .9/10.. I found mine at Tiger Direct for $100. Deal

Nice attempt to show off Navigon but the presenter really messed up showing off the key differences-Reality View and Lane Change screens. Better off reading a review with a decent screen shots. But it looks pretty quick and responsive. However, folks still say the TomTom is better in terms of responsiveness and satellite signal pick-up. I am really tempted cause of free traffic updates. Nice.

Let me give you an example.

Text to speech, blue tooth, reality view, 4.3 inch screen, and to top it off....it comes with free lifetime traffic alert, which is built right into the unit, meaning it works right out of the box, one free map update.

The unit-Navigon 7100, price $200.

You will need to spend over 400 on a Tom Tom with the same specs, not to mention a monthly subscription for traffic alert, and a add on for the antenna,$90! Navigon rocks.

actually i don't know if it can run it on very high 30 fps but i think it should, since i have a 19" monitor atm.

you will run around 20-25FPS.

on a 19" monitor? that's a very low resolution, i think it will run faster. either way, im happy with it.

If it's 1024x768 it will run on 30 FPS ;)

If it's 1280x1024 it will run around 20-25.
