obviously,the two soldiers are not trained enough in my opinion.they get too closed to the criminal before the criminal drops his weapon,this is very very dangerous if the criminal suddenly shoot both of the soldiers fast.anyway the fact is the criminal's weapon is out of ammo,but not everyone is so lucky. the two soldiers should thank god, they almost killed themselves.

to be honestly, that s a good result as you told me. but personally, i m more focus on the risks of the two officers been thru. That could be just a few mins to know how to use a rifle. BUT, to be a qualify officer, it means more training to be taken. They should consider both their fellows and themselves' safety 1st and ban the threat be4 hand. IN my opinion, the drug trafficker should be shot dead as his reaction after the officers failed to disarm him.

you prolly lack the understanding of what these troops are. they are former category B army divisions converted into armed police units. they still get the same training as the army does. this means that they only follow orders, they were prolly ordered to take these two guys alive, that means they'll do whatever it takes to achieve that. a regular cop or SWAT team member would prolly adapt to the situation and kill the guy, but these soldiers have very lil regard for their personal safety.
