in the world cannot detect this type of thing. Did Osama do it? Maybe. Did Saddam do it? Maybe. Did the government gain a lot? Yes. Did it give Dubya every reason to invade Iraq? Yes. iraq not only defied weapons inspectors trying to do their job, they ALSO had weapons in direct contravention of teh ceasefire accord; namely SCUDS, which they were firing into kuwait city on the first day of the war.

no, the ONLY reason we went to iraq was because they had had serious weapons before, so we went in 1991, and the terms of the ceasefire stated they could have no WMD, and actually no weapons capable of firing outside iraqs borders, just the same sanction that was imposed on germany at the end of WW1 and WW2, and that are placed on ANY threatening dictator after a war. they were also supposed to allow weapons inspectors in, whic they defied. they also had SCUDS, which they were firing into kuwait
