@frugola92 Indeed it was. Baird had been developing this system for a number of years, but it couldn't compete with the Emitron camera and the Baird television system was dropped only three months after the BBC Television Service started.
Wonderful posting APTS, there is so little of the Baird system that anything new is always welcomed. A constructive comment however, would it be possible to place any captions over black then show the pictures/film clip rather than have the graphics keys over the vision, allowing for a better view of the equipment. No offense implied as we all greatly appreciate the effort made of your postings on YouTube. Cheers...
This is the system was used in germany in mid 30 television
