It's great to have examples of where it is working, because the nay-sayers have the example of so much trash and wasted time. But I liken it to conversation with your friends. If you actually measured the % of useful, helpful conversation versus "dude, pass another beer" you could come to the conclusion that all human interaction is a waste of time. You don't judge it by the white noise filling the void; you judge it by gems that shine through the noise.
