  • This performance is proof of divine intervention

  • WOW!... I only wish I could have been there.... Thank god for You-Tube!!

  • Thanks for posting this awesome performance, this is brilliant.

  • well alright!

  • Bummer. I don't even think I had cable when VH1 was providing content like this.

Fantastic set. It's difficult to imagine a scene like when they're working out harmonies taking place now.

Now, what would it be, Beyonce dueting with Britney? Thigh glitter and synchronized air-humping?

What does VH1 even stand for now?

    Vanity Honored 1st?

  • this song is great!

  • Man is this awesome ...wish there was more

  • I also wish they would release this stuff on CD. Thanks for putting it on youtube!

  • Who's the guitarist on the left? The guy plays way to much notes to be tasteful, and way too loud too. Apart from that, I wish Sweet 'n Hiatt would record more often together.

  • That lead guitar is very true to the original recording. Which rocks by the way.

  • ivan julian, I believe.....

  • Ivan Julian, definitely. The track has always been a guitar freakout in a lot of ways. Maybe that's tasteless? I don't think it is.

  • What a great collaboration. This is American R&R at its finest. Two of my favorites. I wish this was available on CD.

  • Thanks for posting. Hiatt and Sweet are two of our finest singer-songwriters; and what a shame that VH1 has degraded from the music channel shown here into a lame-ass reality TV network.
