I was one of those dumb-asses who totally disowned the band after Tarja left. But I payed for it when they came to AZ and I didn't see them.

I agree that the true fans are the ones who stay loyal to the band and support them through thick and thin. Tarjas departure was one of those times when the band needed a lot of support. I feel bad for not doing so at the time. But hell, now I'm supporting them more than I ever did before so.. :-)

She was very ill at that concert, and they had to fly her back home. The concert was canceled..but the band stayed and signed autographs etc. They are some of the coolest people ever.

i was totally at this concert in the front row for the whole sonata arctica set and i met their manager ewo who let me and my boyfriend go on their bus and meet all of them!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D

I'm starting to worry about the band.

Anette has just sung on stage with a band called Pain in apparent good health. Yet Nightwish are still cancelling gigs citing business reasons.

Fopr a band that seems to dive headlong into drama I hope there isn't more trouble in the band.

Well the only gig that was canceled for that reason was the Moscow one, and that was long before Anette sang with Pain. Right now, Nightwish is on a month or so-long break in their tour that has been scheduled for over a year.

I don't expect the band to respond to every rumour that gets thrown out there. But it would have been nice for the official site to have some kind of "Anette's okay now. See you on tour soon" kind of thing.

I hope she's okay... it's so rough when your musical instrument is your own body. It's so fragile. You can't just put it back in the case to rest; you use it every day even when you're not performing, so it's even easier to get exhausted and sick.

I was so glad the rest of the band was able to stay and say hello.
