It's in no way the drivers fault in some of these extracts, because when you're a pedestrian you car expect to walk infront of a car on the main road and NOT get hit. these captions are from the street cameras in Sofia and they are represintg how wrong the walkers are crossing,cus they are too lazy to go through the subway.

In Germany if any walker tries to cross the road like this,the driver which is coming doesnt need to stop,because its not his faux pas;In Bulgaria if a driver kills a walker(even when is walker's faux pas),the driver goes to jail.
