That'd be awesome. They definately deserve it. BUT... thats false. A group or artist is only qualified for induction 25 years after their 1st recording. Obviously it hasn't been 25 years for the Foo Fighters. But when that time comes, I hope they get in.

I saw an interview somewhere, where Dave and Taylor said that the Foo Fighters would return, but after an undetermined time. It was the same interview where Grohl explained the meanings behind Wheels and Word Forward.

Nirvana may not have been as talented or as "good". But just the fact that they're the most influential rock band ever places them way above the Foo Fighters. I would even argue that Foo Fighters aren't the best band around, but it's just my opinion. IMO, it's probably Tool or Alice in Chains (they're releasing a new album, in case you didn't know)
