  • @lykenth08 If you where AB- you could only have A- or B- or AB-. If you where AB+ you could have any blood. Basically there are 3 Antigens/Antibodies, A, B, and D (Rhesus), If you are AB- you have 2 antigens (A & B) and 1 antibody (D), If you have AB+ you have all three antigens and no antibodies. If you where to have AB+ blood, or any Rhesus+ the antibodies you have for the missing Rhesus would attack the D as foreign.
