That's not quite certain actually, and opens up a lot more questions than it answers.

Namely 'How did Ciel get their Souls?', 'How did she get them to agree to this?', 'Why don't they remember anything?' and 'Why didn't she just build them new bodies instead of putting them in the biometals which give a considerably toned-down and heavily modified version of each of their powers to someone who may not even use it for good?'

I very much doubt that Z is Zero.

Capcom needs to revamp the entire franchise. Love the Mega Man franchise, but the story lines are in consistent with each other: from Mega Man to Mega Man X to Mega Man Zero to ZX. Shut the fuck up. If you don't like it, then don't play mega man zero, it's that simple. I personally like both designs. It's not like they changed him a lot; you can still tell that he's zero. The same thing happened in the battle network series, and now the star force series. If you can't handle change, then stay stuck in the classic decade. The new zero looks a lot more futuristic and simple.

@santiagocabrera Zero's character design in Mega Man Zero is better, its more realistic and human-like. It has a more natural feel to it, more streamlined. His character design from the Mega Man X Series was good, but this one just has a better appearance, its not as bulky, and the entire frame is proportional. The legs and the arms aren't huge. Zero from the Mega Man Zero series has a more modern design to it. The Zero from the Mega Man X series was a little too cartoon-like for me.

The one thing that still confuses me about X4 is the whole deal of what really killed Iris. I mean the first time I beat her, I was kind of surprised she was still in one piece since the armor she was in blew to pieces.
