  • I bet all the guys commenting you with insults on your technique and how light the weights are, are actually really skinny geeks who dont know what a gym is and havent been laid for 5+ years.

  • @liamfitz90 If ever.....

  • these should always be done really carefully working up in weight or it can jack up your wrist

  • Wtf? That exercise is gay, and I have to start doing it on tuesday. DAMN!

  • lol?

  • Yep it was gay

  • careful letting it roll down the fingers...could hurt your wrist.

  • fake

  • yes, that song is fake :p

  • Negative comments everywhere i go on youtube it makes me wonder anyway good demonstration.

  • I think the bar is too long. I see you have difficulties with balancing the thing a bit.

    It's a great exercise though.

  • what a bunch of goofS!

  • the videos were created to demonstrate form, not the amount of weight we can lift, tough guy.

  • so the bar is supposed to wobble up and down like that? great form.. tuff guy

  • As shocking as this may be to you, the wobbling doesn't actually matter. Its only occurring because as you previously noted, there is not much weight being lifted. It does not affect the actual workout itself though. Anymore useful comments?

  • If it's meant to be a demonstration video, there should be no wobbling. Aparently your viewers are complete newbs.. cuz they need wrist curl lessons... so whatever they see you doing they will copy! Newbs of this level wont realize the wobbling is because of extreme light weight... and will think its part of the exersize even at higher weights. remember.. ur teaching stuff like wrist curls.. ur audience is dumb, u need to tell them everything.

  • What muscles does this workout, the wrist?

  • This exercise works out the forearms - from your wrist to your elbow.

  • dude is that really how you get bigger forearms?? because ive been trying to get em bigger with benching and dumbells but the only things thats turned bigger are my pecs and my upper arms/shoulders, and i got these skinny little forarms left

  • yeah it is... general weightlifting helps a bit but working your wrists seperately really blows up your forearms. also grip training makes quite a bit of difference too.

  • you mean like using seperate dumbbels not one whole long one?

  • no its not

  • so what is?

  • it was to commet u left while back asking if this is how u get bigger arms thats all lol
