my friend said that a swat team came to his apartment and he was the house right next to the criminal i asked him why he didnt recorded it he said he could if he had a camera and i asked him if he took a picture of a swat guy he said no and i asked him why he said it was out of battery
LAPD uses alot of Armoured trucks,back in the 80's and 90's LAPD used to buy v-100 tanks made by cadillac,they would buy them from CA Nat'l Guard, those were the navy blue tanks you used to see on tv with the 12ft battering ram poles that would say LAPD RESCUE on the side, they use to take those things and just drive'em straight through peoples houses and brick buildings. and then they use black and white slicktops with #41 on the trunk! i think short for 4154? one oif swat's historic codes.
They don't lack equipment and all that in LA, but why not fly in the marine corps and the air force,that would make a big show,I mean I saw a lot but you showed me nothing exiting.
