I've just listened to the Pecker's version and I must disagree, the Pecker, great as he may be, does not have the deeo gravelly voice that Ronnie has.
It is a shame he's gone isn't it. A lovely song, and the banjo is great ! What is the name of the chap who plays the banjo, he is so quiet in interviews I've noticed.

The pecker's version is by far better than ronnies although it is also pretty good! the pecker is the last of a great generation!!
