Ed Rush and Optical Pretty much paved the way and planted the seeds for this genre. Check out their album "Wormhole"... its an extra terrestrial trip of audio. This album was out in 1998!!! and is the sickest dnb album ive ever heard! If you want to hear a taste of one of the first Neuro check out their track "Fixation" there on youtube. (Don't forget to add &fmt=18 for higher quality) My faves so far are "Splinter", "Point Blank" and "Compound"... actully every single track is TOP.
