  • Great! Thanks for replying quickly. I can't wait to get started experimenting.

  • You don't have to peel the paper off the clay after the first baking then? Can I peel it off if I want the background to show through?

  • @leadee2007 Yup, you can peel it off. For me, because the paper's ink wasn't "good enough" if I would have peeled it off it wouldn't have left a strong enough visible image onto the liquid clay, so I opted to keep the paper in.

  • can you make a tutorial on image transfer using TLS.

  • @iampolymerclaycrazy I have one. Or..well..it's for FIMO Deko Gel. But..hmm.

  • This is a normal paper A4 to the printer? If yes, on how many °C/F you bake this?

  • i loveeeeeeeeeeee ittttttttt

  • @monsterhighroxiluv Thank you!

  • Hmmm... I got to get my image size settings figured out in Corel Paint Shop Pro Xl.

    Thanks for the vid!

  • thank u so much- i love nightmare before christmas and this tutorial really helps increase my collection of charms and tim burton

  • @hardeebear No problem =)

  • What kind of printer do you use? Many say it has to be a laser printer but I have an inkjet printer. And is it dangerous in someway to leave the paper on inbetween the clay when baking it in the oven?

  • @steffiwashere Just a normal printer for this tutorial. You need an inkjet printer if you want the color to actually stick to the liquid clay, but in this one, we leave the paper in. The paper won't burn in such low baking temperatures.

  • what kind of clay is that?

  • @villegasgurl077 Polymer clay :)

  • what are the names of the products you used?Which one on the paper then baked and which one to glue the paper on to the clay?

  • @agoldjc16 Polymer clay, FIMO Deko Gel...

  • @GentlemanBunny and you use the deko gel between the clay and image too?

  • hey hi how long I have to put the clay in the oven?

  • @dudis52 20minutes

  • where did you get the chain from and how can i get a whole bunch for cheap

  • @cutieecat Craft store (I bought mine from here in Finland)

  • @cutieecat eBay! Order it from someone off of their who is in China.

  • how did u find the back of the twilight book because ive been trying to make books but i cant seem to find the back cover!? PLEASE HELP!!!!

  • @thecurbymonsterlol I just printed it out.. from google image search.

  • @GentlemanBunny ohh ok then thanks

  • thx for ur reply....it really helped....thx for ur very helpful tutorials.....

  • i really want to try diz m so frustrated dat the paper s still stuck on d bak wat should i do?did i do something wrong?or can i just live d paper s dat ok?

  • @zhadzi20 I actually left the paper in, in this tutorial :)

  • Would TLS work just as well as the Fimo one at the beginning ? :O

  • @CirclexChan TLS works fine. Though fimo deko gel is a bit more transparent once baked.

  • @GentlemanBunny

Dose the fimo deko gel look lke a plastic covering??

    are you seeling these?

also im startng into clay should i get some sort of copywrite??

    thanks so much

  • When you glue the black clay on the back, is it also possible to use fimo deko gel again? I live in the Netherlands and it's not possible to buy Sculpeyclay products only Fimo, that's why I ask

  • @roxannetje80 Yes, that's fine :)

  • @roxannetje80

  • how long do you leave ur creations in the oven for

  • @ChibiKittyRika 30 minutes :P

  • How long do you keep it in the oven after you apply the deko gel on the paper? and then when its on the clay?

  • @MusicGrl94 15minutes or so. Depends when it becomes "transparent" aka solid.

  • when you glued the black clay onto the image did you just use super glue? or was it something like bake and bond?

  • @ImAPolyHolic It is Translucent Liquid Sculpey.

  • @ImAPolyHolic its fimno transulcent stuff u can use tls translusent liquid sculpey you also ca use fimo deco gel

  • where did you got those images, there are awesome :D

  • @PTuinman Online, I just print them on a regular paper.

  • hi gentleman bunny i live in europe- irleand to be excact anyway i have found out that you can get polymer clay in easons, artandhobby and craft stores in europe :) hope this helps :)

  • @MissHeavenHearts Very nice :)! We have polymer clay in many shops here in Finland.

  • I tried this recently and the paper stuck D: is there a special paper or special ink i should be using? By the way love the videos they've been so helpful :)

  • @YanYoukai Hmm, hmm..the paper stuck where? I leave the paper between the deko gel & black background clay. Basically if you want the image to transfer you need to use a picture that has been printed with an inkjet printer..people rarely have those..but uncoated paper magazine photographs are good for that.

  • I've been looking for Fimo recently and I can't seem to find it and if I try to get it off line the shipping for it is too much. Do you know a decent place? Also I have checked Joann's, hobbylobby and Micheal's will check this weekend again, tho.

  • @AlexJensen No idea. I live in Europe :) But from what I've heard, people have bought it at Hobby Lobby or Michaels.

  • @AlexJensen Jo Anns and AC Moore are good spots. But also Wal-Mart. They have the sample packs for way cheaper.

  • was that you in the beginning btw the music almost made me fall asleep V.- zzzzz

  • @polymerpal Yuuup, that was me.

  • @GentlemanBunny even I can't see your face your hair is so pretty!!! :O

  • @polymerpal Thank youuu =)

  • Can you use any polymer clay?

There are one's made for laminate and wood and all sort of different things.

  • @lovemyverybestloving I guess you can. For the base.

  • Yiruma :D

  • @marousse265 Yup =)

  • Cute! I'm going to do this now!

  • @GlenHelenGHOfeeder Thank you :) Yay

  • nice tutorial!Ü i will try this.Ü

  • @23weiss Thank you!

  • i wana make this but im still kinda in the blank as to how to do it

help!!! i really wanna do this ><

  • @pinkcontacts Print an image on a paper. Cut (from black clay) a "bottom" which is the size of the image and bake it (add an eyepin if you want to make it into a charm). Then add the image to the black bottom, attach it using some liquid clay. And pour more liquid clay on top of the image so that it gets "sealed". Now bake the whole thing again.

  • @GentlemanBunny thanks ^^ im sorta slow so yeah.... im gonna do this now !!!

i can probably get all the materials from ACmoore. i have a question though do you print the picture on a normal inkjet printer or a laser printer?

  • @pinkcontacts Normal printer. If you have a laser printer..you could probably transfer the image to the "liquid clay" part via baking it. But with normal printer..it doesn't work.

  • thank you!i'll try it today!!!

  • hello!we could shape the fimo, bake it and then put the image on it with a glue and varnish them with the varnish gloss for fimo(like the image of starbucks in your latest videos)?thenk you...

  • @loukiaki89 Yup, that's true too.

  • where can u get the chain?

  • @LedaMonsterBunnyFan Well I bought some chain from a jewelry/crafts store, added the lock (which you use to open and close the necklace chain) aaand then added the pendant. So I made it myself.

  • can i use clear glue and wait for it to dry? and sorry if im asking to many questions

  • @LedaMonsterBunnyFan Hmm, you might. But then you can't bake it.

  • is the picture paper? did u print it out?????

  • @LedaMonsterBunnyFan Yes, it's paper.

  • very creative!

  • @LedaMonsterBunnyFan Thank you!

  • Can you use normal glaze to bake it if you don't have FIMO Deko Gel?

  • @kiwucha Well, you can't bake the glaze.

  • @GentlemanBunny Ok, thank you :)

  • What did you bake it at and how long?? =3

  • @bleachgirl100 Normal kitchen oven, and for about 20minutes.

  • @GentlemanBunny

When as in when do you craft Clay?

  • When..oh.. every day...

  • im like in love with this movie! lol

  • Yay =)

  • This is about your room, can we see where you do your clay and when???

  • Where and WHEN.. what do you mean "when"? :)

  • LOL I wanna see what you look like why are you scared to talk or something

  • Ohh =) Not scared to talk, though english is NOT my first language. Maybe I should talk finnish.. :P

  • Okay i seen half of you i just need to see your face nice hair and necklace btw

  • Thank you =) Why do you need to see my face? =)

  • can u show me how to bake the clay in cooking oven i just bought 1 and im so confused i didn't even use the oven before :D

  • You don't know how to use the oven? Perhaps you should ask guidance from a parent..or something. And check out the clay packaging for baking information aswell :)

  • Hi!I'm italian girl so sorry for my bad english!I don't understand what are u put on peper image, what'is it?

  • It is "FIMO Deko Gel", liquid clay.

  • Do you print the picture on normal paper? And is it okay to bake the normal paper... lol

  • Yes and yes. Paper should not caught fire in such low degrees.

  • whats this song?

  • Hmm, it's by Yiruma. Can't currently remember the name.

  • @GentlemanBunny thank you sooo mcuh

  • @xtanyafx Eric Liniger - Stronger available on itunes

  • can you also use these directions to make something else, like a keychain?

  • Sure! :)

  • Beautiful necklace! :) So yea kinda confused here... you print out a pic, put tls on it, bake it, cut out anothe piece of clay, stick them together, and bake it again? I really wanna make one, mayb w/ a different image, but I don't want my oven exploding because I messed up!

  • Thank you! Yup, that's what I did. :)

  • um. the part where you just peel off the paper from the clay, looks like it never sticks on to the clay :/ at 0:55

  • At 0:55 I simply use the picture as a measurement to cut the black clay tile to be the same size as the photo. I am not trying to stick the picture to the clay in 0:55 :)

  • @GentlemanBunny

    oh.

    sorry.

but then how do you make the image stick to the clay? use more tls?

  • In this tutorial I don't use the TLS as "image transfer tool" but as an "cover/glass substitute" to protect the paper image, and I won't peel the image from the TLS, but will glue the whole thing to a black clay base/background. With image transfer, it'll stick to the clay in the oven, but often a printed out image will not do (not enough ink) unless you have a specific printer. I've found that magazines/newspapers are the best for image transfer, printed out images are not.

  • What temperature does the oven need to be on when you bake the image?

  • The deko gel bottle has the correct temperatures for that.

  • do you prefer deko gel or tls?

cause i looked on google 'tls or deko gel' and it said that deko gel is more of a TRANSPARENT than tls is... ? i don't want my picture covered

  • I prefer TLS for whipped cream/fondant and DekoGel for transparent things like sauces, juices etc.

  • do you know a website to buy polymer clay???

  • you can get polymer clay at micheals or hobby lobby.

  • do you sell your stuff

  • First of all congrats for your creations.

My question is: how many time do you bake the paper with TLS? Thank U

  • Just once.. until it looks like the TLS is settled down (it becomes clear).

  • What kind of paper is that you used? Did you just peel it off?

  • Normal printing paper.

  • hey i was wondering where you got the necklace and the little thing it attaches too? ive been looking for them like crazy!

  • From a store here in Finland :P

  • nice it something new i can try

  • Thank you!

  • whats the white thing to paste the photo and the clay???o_O

  • Comment removed

  • It's Translucent Liquid Sculpey (TLS). You need to bake the whole thing again for it to stick. You may also use just normal glue (and NOT bake it again).

  • how do you attach a creation with an eyepin to a necklace with a jump ring?

Im sorry, this question is so stupid.

the jump rings are so tiny, I cant pry them apart, even with pliers!

    I love this video!

  • The eyepin "jumpring" part is very tiny. So you need to purchase some extra jump rings (larger type) and attach that to the eyepin's jumpring part. And THEN add a necklace :)

  • nightmare before christmas is my favorite movie..

the music is sorta bringing me down

  • Thank you :) Haha, sorry for the music then :)

  • cool thnx a lot!!

  • Thank YOU!

  • where do you buy those transfers ?

  • From the same place I buy my clay: a craft store here in Finland.

  • Cute!!!

  • Thank you!

  • where did you buy the chain do they have those in the bead sections?

  • I bought it from a craft store..from the bead/jewelrymakers section, yup.

  • aright thanx yah!

  • Never mind, I looked at the other comments! :)

  • Haha :)

  • Is that a special kind of paper? Can you use just normal computer paper?

  • Nope. Normal computer paper.

  • what was the glue you used to glue the image on the black clay?

  • FIMO deko gel. Not glue.

  • umm, where can u find clear resin? and how much is it?? please reply. i wanna make some exept i m gonna use kingdom hearts. the guy in kingdom hearts (sora) is sooo cute and hot at the same time XD

  • This isn't resin, it's liquid clay. Deko Gel is the Fimo brand one, and TLS (Translucent Liquid Sculepy) is the Sculpey brand one.

  • I don't use resin..because I, too, can't find it anywhere.

  • Thanks for the vid, I was saving up for resin to do things with pictures but now I can use that money for clay, special since I have mainly clay materials. But why didn't your paper whiter like when you put normal glue on it?

  • Thank you! ..what was the question?

  • When you put glue or liquid on paper it folds up or gets soggy, why didn't it do that with the TLS?

  • Because TLS is not glue.

  • Whats the music called ? (:

    It sounds relaxing haha xD

  • Thank you! That is a song by Yiruma. Can't remember the name..

  • can you tell me where can I find that gel? I can't find it on my country, do you know a online store where can I buy it? I would appreciate (:

  • Hmm..online store...ebay? Try googling it :)

  • Thank you so much,

I but can you also use the TLS as resin?

  • Sure you can! Well..fimo deko gel is a bit more transparent than TLS. But basically, yes.

  • CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!

  • My eye-pin keep falling off.. Any idea on what to do?

  • After baking.. wiggle the eyepin off..put some glue on it..and put it back :)

  • So when u print the pictures out, do u print them out on normal paper?

  • Yes I do.

  • neat :D

  • Thank you!

  • I love your crafts sooooo much. can u sub me. u dnt have to but i would b soooo happi :D i also have some vids of polymer clay food

  • Thank you! :) You have cute videos!

  • OMG thanx :D:D:D:D:D

  • so you just use regular printer paper?

  • Yes.

  • is so cool!! :D

    I want to do it!

  • Thank you!

  • hi awesome tutorial btw, i was wondering what did u use to put the pendant on when u were baking ?

  • Thank you!! It's just a sheet of paper.. :)

  • very pretty :)

  • Thank you!

  • Oh wait nvm!

  • What's the clear liquid that you put on the pictures?

  • FIMO Deko Gel.

  • Awesome, thanks for sharing!
