Now, see, this is exactly why the protest failed. Mixing in all the native stuff was just hooey and everybody knew it. The "native burial ground" signs just made the holders look nutty and undercut their other arguments. If they'd pursued legal options while encouraging people to discover the grove and visit it instead of spreading around crap (literally) and forcing its closure for the last year things might have been different.
