If it wern't so expensive I'd buy one today, but the price alone is as much as a good-quality mini-netbook w/ 160hdd and the fact that the digital books are so costly does not make me overly excited. =(

Yet still I want one!!! lol But I'll let my better sense prevail here and wait.

UPDATE: I'm glad I waited! I picked one up for $250CAN at my local BestBuy thanks to a sale and a coupon I got through being a Rewards Zone member. Not too shabby. I'm sure they will be even cheaper in a few months to compete with Borders/Indigo's Kobo reader ($150, but it is very basic). Either way I'm very happy. :) Just finished my first novel on it!

You can put your own in it, yes. It supports protected (via Sony Store) or unprotected (hacked Torrent or public domain, such as scribd[D O T]c0m) sites
